A graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Ravi Sanghani, MD, earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then completed an anesthesiology residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit.
Dr. Sanghani is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and the Society of Pediatric Anesthesia, among other organizations. He most recently provided pediatric anesthesia services at Scope Anesthesia in Charlotte, North Carolina, working closely with certified registered nurse anesthetists, surgeons, perioperative nurses and technicians at hospitals, surgical centers and health care systems to deliver comprehensive care before, during and after surgery.
Dr. Sanghani joins the board-certified physicians at Lexington Medical Anesthesiology to provide comprehensive anesthesia services at Lexington Medical Center, Lexington Medical Center Irmo, Lexington Medical Center Lexington and Lexington Medical Center Northeast.
