Dr. Manuel Griego, Jr., knows all people and the kind of patient-focused, time-sensitive healthcare they need to keep pace with family and workplace responsibilities. For more than 25 years, this Texas native, Board-certified in Family Medicine has taken care of generations of Dallas people working and living downtown and in the nearby Oak Cliff community.
His areas of clinical focus include cardiovascular disease, diabetes management, and holistic medicine that unites traditional Western medical practices with complementary therapies.
Dr. Griego earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Centers Texas College Of Osteopathic Medicine, and his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University.
His professional affiliations include membership in the Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, American College for Advancements in Medicine, and the Board of Directors of Med-Express. He is a former Chief of Staff at Renaissance Hospital of Dallas.

Ms. Patel, as a Certified Physician's Assistant is licensed by the State of Texas through the Texas State Medical Examiners office to provide Family Practice care to patients under the supervision of a medical doctor. Dr. Brock was born in Amarillo Texas and graduated from Amarillo High School. At the time of graduation he was on the United States Gymnastics and Tumbling Team. He later graduated from Chiropractic College with a degree in Anatomy and Chiropractic Care. After graduation he specialized in the field of neurology and then sub-specialized in electrodiagnosis and vestibular pathologies. Dr. Brock works at several Metroplex Medical locations providing chiropractic, diagnostic and consultative services. This includes neurodiagnostic services for disorders of the peripheral and central nervous system. He also provides diagnostic services to diagnose vestibular and balance disorders.
Dr. Brock is also an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Carrick Institute of Graduate Studies. In 2006, he was awarded the neurology instructor of the year by the American Chiropractic Association. He currently is enrolled in school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner so that he can have a greater role in family care and patient management. His other interests include diabetes, cardiovascular disease, degenerative neurological conditions, multiple sclerosis, musculoskeletal disorders and pain management.
